WTB!! e30 or e36 318

I am in need of a daily driver and really wanting to stay in a bmw. Im looking for either a e30 or e36 318. I don't want anything very rusty or beat to hell but my main concern is that the drivetrain is in proper running condition. Not looking to spend any more than $4000, but cheaper is better.

If you have anything or know of anything please let me know. I am in southeast Iowa and really don't want to travel much further than say Kansas City or St. Louis.

I will also consider a 325 but prefer a 318 for the mpg's.
