Not necessarily. White smoke will indicate bad valve guides (burning oil in the exhaust), blackish blue smoke will indicate burning oil in the combustion chamber.Originally posted by Bimmerman325i View Post

Yeah, burning oil can be white. I think I got it right, either that or it's flipped and oil burning in the exhaust is black and combustion chamber is white. I don't know. To tired for this crap.Comment
