    Local 3.73 LSD?

Lookin to maybe go back to my original gearing, but I want it to be an LSD this time around. I have a 4.10 LSD with low miles out of an M car w/ fresh fluid in it (less than 5k I'd guess, or around that). Feeler for now, maybe someone has one?

(David, is this right? I don't quite remember)

Ya, 3.73 LSD is what you want. I don't have one but I'm sure someone does.

Or- find a rarer 3.91 LSD from idk which model and split the difference between new and old.

Well if it's got an ok amount of miles and won't need a ton of work, lemme know. I'd say you could ride in the car this Friday and see what the 4.10 is like.

Yeah, mine is in my car of course, so I would assume it doesn't need work, lol.

Ooo la la.... Lemme know ;)

The 4.10 is fun, but now I'm debating going back to the original gearing... Nothing against the 4.10 really, in all honesty. The short gears I think help the car accelerate. I dunno my reason really, just kinda wanna change things up and see what happens.

Yeah I will think about it. I will look for some youtube videos or something to give me an idea of the RPM differences throughout all the gears.

Since I had the 3.73 non lsd I can tell you, the 4.10 does raise the cruising RPM say in 5th gear, and it's a noticeably different to drive (but not earth shattering). Hard to describe... I can say it does what you'd expect the gearing change to do lol...

Yeah, I would assume it would drive a lot like my Ti, which has very short gears. I just haven't decided if I am okay with running my car at higher rpms.

Yeah I hear ya. I didn't notice any change in MPG for my driving style, and it only raised the RPM to like, 3300-ish at 65mph, which was only like a 100 or 200 rpm increase

Pull one from the pick and pull, i'd say.

Hey, did we ever figure out who that extra grey eta belonged to? The hat guy that dissappeared?

Hmmmm, I never gave thought to junkyard..... Hardly any e30s around here though.

Nah, I think he came and ate with us, but him and like 2 friends sat away from everyone else and left early.
