    This seems counter-logical.

not so. The fact that I am buying a car in nine hours ensures that I will be flat broke after that point, and thus unable to buy Racing Dynamics wheels for my "new" 733i.

But if you were to not buy said 7 series then you could afford to purchase said wheels and thusly not provoke us to buy said wheels.

Those wheels are sexy. I have a 5 series but no 3 series for the 5 lug swap. and the 5 series no longer has its engine or transmission.

Looking for a clean e30 shell for a project.

BUT... if I did not buy said 7 series, and had money to buy said wheels, thus I would not have the said 7 series to put the said wheels on, and all will be for naught.

ha HA!! this is true!! and my future E23 does need some wheels that have a standard diameter measured in inches, and i wonder if the E23 can take the wheels that are currently on the E39...

without the e39 centering rings, and some creative offsetting, they will not.

the offsetting doesn't need to be too creative. and centering rings are cheap.
