If you have plans to be in Boulder again, I need some chip repairs to my Spec race car window. Drop me an email, since I don't check my inbox here much.

Sounds like someone put a cheap piece of glass in your car which is likely because the quality of glass varies greatly. Safelite makes a lot of their own glass and they make it as cheap as possible. I was looking and I cant even get oem glass from my supplier for the e36 m3 but in all my time doing glass i have only had problems with one windshield not fitting correctly. I use ppg glass so their name is pretty reputable. Whenever i do a windshield I pre fit the glass to make sure its going to sit correctly and if it doesn't I don't install that glass, so I can guarantee that the glass wont be distorted or shaped wrong at any corners. It is also possible that they installed the wrong glass because the coupe and sedan windshields are different. The urethane that we use sits up really quickly so you can drive the car as soon as I am finished with it. But for the urethane to completely cure all the way through its takes a couple days. I always let customers drive their car immediately after and have never had a problem. At the moment I wont do mobile windshield replacement because there is lots of equipment involved and I currently don't have the means of transportation to bring an air compressor, generator and whatever else I would need. I would prefer that you bring the windshield to me and I could give you a discounted rate. PM me if you have more questions and let me know year and sedan or coupe. Also if it has a green or blue shade band across the top as they all affect the price.

I guarantee all workmanship, though there isn't much that can go wrong with an e30 windshield other than braking it while installing the glass. But on windshields that are glued in I guarantee against any leaks at all and if the windshield cracks for no apparent reason i would warranty that because it would most likely be a stress crack and that is the fault of the installer. I can give a better price if the vehicle is brought to me. I would say 185 to drive to golden and put it in. We could meet in the middle somewhere if that works too and work out a better price. PM me your interested.
Parts car has no suspension or front end on it so you would have to come to Boulder. Would you be able to do it sometime this weekend?
