Want to buy a drive shaft, mine is pretty much toast and I was hoping to pick one up local that is in good shape. Let me know if anyone has one or knows someone that has one. Thanks.

From what I have read the 318 drive shaft will not work in a car with a 6cyl motor. There might be some possibilities with an early model 318 and a different csb but I would rather not mess with it. So sam, its yours if you want it.Originally posted by joshw02Originally posted by Ian BowersComment

I'm pulling mine tomorrow. Boulder driveline will stamp new U joints in for a reasonable price. It's not quite as good as a reman and he can't balance it, buy it should get me through the winter. I got a new flex disc, hardware, and CSB going back in with it.
FYI, there's an '89 vert manual at Aurora Pick and Pull. The aft U joint was stiffer in one direction, but not seized. Not sure if a vert shaft is different.JOY IS AN E30...
