    I'll ask today after class.

Beginners pistol class + proper paperwork is all we need, then just have to wait depending on which county you're in.

PM me for detailing services in the Longmont / Boulder Area in Colorado!

It's not quite so simple here either, you have to be 21, prove you can shoot, and pass a background check in addition to the class. The class is just the most expensive hurdle to clear.

I guess I dont really consider those hurdles.... Maybe the age, but that is already a requirement to buy a pistol anyway, plus I don't think too many people uninterested in shooting or guns will be applying for the permit.

That wasn't my point. Any retard can shoot a pistol, but not that many will apply for the paperwork or take the class to get the CCW. Thus, the class is the one thing standing in the way for most people, usually due to cost.

Compared to other states, it's super easy to get one.

Good opportunity here for those wanting a CCW/can attend the class.

It is nearly impossible to get a CC permit in MD unless you know the governor personally or are military/law enforcement.

ha ha it's true! You also need proof that someone is threatening your life. So pretty much you need to find someone who actively wants to kill you, then get him to sign and notarize a statement stating so.

So naturally everyone in Baltimore just carry guns illegally. problem solved, right??

Checked, 90% sure this is just the class. But still, at $40, it's worth your time if you can do it. The rest is easy stuff.

                        It's only a misdemeanor.

is Colorado a Shall Issue state? In CA we're May Issue so it's at the discretion of the Sheriff or Chief of Police for the place you live in, and they dont like to say yes here. :/
