    WTT ZF transmission

i have a zf transmission that i would like to trade for other e30 parts. guy i got it from pulled it out of a 1995 m3 with 68k miles on it. the m3 was totaled but the car sill drove and shifted very smoothly. he said that both the service bulletins were done to it at the dealer while still in the car. only reason i'm getting rid of it is because i cant afford to do an s52 swap right now.

    looking for
    -suspension parts
-a very good condition plastic front bumper
-i'll consider anything interesting just send me a private message

its located at my dad's shop in fort collins, colorado. willing to come down to denver and surrounding area.

I just so happen to have an e30 parts car. PM what you are looking for and maybe we can work out a deal as I also have a 95 M3 with a not super healthy tranny.

Just so you know, I got a quote a couple months ago from a BMW recycler for a 78k mile zf 5spd from an M3 for $450 shipped with a year's warranty.

The M3 transmissions are identical to the 328i transmissions, and have the same ratios as the 325i sport pack transmissions. They frankly aren't worth a premium over the non-M transmissions.

Although since it does have the service bulletins done (catch pins and detent bushings, yes?) that would make it much more valuable than a junkyard trans.

So I guess $500ish is on the high end of reasonable. Without those service bulletins done(I did them to my car this past year, and good god that sucked), the trans isn't worth much at all.

it was pulled out of an extremely well cared for car that was in colorado for the duration. 68k, both service bulletins done, and car drove still shifted like butter after being totaled due to body damage. original owner bought car back from insurance and parted it out. not a junkyard transmission by any means. don't tell me its worth nothing.

$400 picked up in fort collins? if you throw me a little gas money i can deliver to denver area too.
