      is this for m50 or m20? is there even a difference btwn the two.

                nah, that's just a stock S38 rebuild (there's a guy on here that has a receipt totaling 14k for a stock rebuild). So add the larger displacement crank since you can't bore it enough for a 4L, and BAM $20-25k.
