Yep, worked just fine. The pads started giving up at the end of each session and they are totally gone now. I need to order some stuff asap so I can drive the car!

Guys what a day. I just finished the marathon which puts me at 22 hours since my head touched a pillow. It'll be good training for 24 hours of Lemons if that happens!

It was a blast today. I almost bagged it because of the rain in the morning, but I'm so glad you guys talked me into going. HPR is a way more technical track than pueblo (the only other track I've driven on). It took about 3 sessions before I put it all together, with Ben's help - he's a natural instructor. We got 6 sessions in, which was a ton.

I really dug the open format although the knuckle heads in the Jettas, prelude, and big ass diesel truck made for an interesting spectacle as long as you stayed the hell away from them.

I have a ton of pics and good footage of Ben and maybe Brad if the battery lasted that long. I'll try to get something up tomorrow night. Off to get the most of my 9 hour rest!

Ross, it is in your power to make others glow with envy! It is all in your SD card! (or whatever card you use)

Like I said, Brad has all the pics. Hopefully he'll post em all up, edited or not. Raw is fine in my book, I just want images. Also wanna say Thanks again to Alex for letting me borrow his camera for a few sessions! Hopefully vid will be available soon.

Why should he lower the front? Function > Form.

Good to hear you like the 15s, since I know I was a proponent for the 15s over the 17s!

Agreed! Hopefully Brad will post more pics or send me a link to the album so I can post em or something, I want the pics of my car ;) Need a new signature. Video will come, eventually. Yes Sam, they're 225/45-15 RS3s, and I dunno if they look big or what, but it is what it is. Yes there's a decent amount of fender gap, no I'm probably not going to lower the car any more. This car, I can honestly say, is more fun to drive than it was with the 17s. It needs some tweaks but hopefully things will remain solid, especially in the engine, and I can get some more sessions in this season.

Fantastic day! Glad everyone made it out. I got to drive Dave's M3 for several sessions to get it dialed in and the car is really good. With a few more small tweaks it will be amazing.

    Too much fun!
