I have driven this car, while it needs some tlc, it really is in good shape. I bought my 318is from the OP and can verify he's an awesome seller. If I had the money I would have bought this car a month ago.
It's really amazing how well the s38 pulls at 200k+ miles.

For the love of god please buy this Roland. That's not a bad laundry list of "issues" at all and before it needs paint, maybe a good detail will fix a lot of the issues....
