It is with great reluctance that I have a pair of Rockies tickets for this wednesday afternoon that I am unable to use. The game this wednesday is is a 1.10pm game against the Mets, but better than that it's the annual weather and science day! Weather and Science day is a fantastic annual event with tons of interactive science related activities hosted by Steve Spangler and Kathy Sabine from 9News;
"Every big science show deserves a few erupting concoctions and some really cool kabooms," said Steve as he filled a large trashcan with liquid nitrogen. "But this is not going to be a sit-and-watch experience. Every person in the audience will get to participate in a hands ‐on science activity right at their own seat." This part of the program is so big that the 9News helicopter will fly over to give us an aerial view of the experiment in action.
I got these tickets with hopes of taking my daughter, but events have conspired to make that impossible. In my dream world someone has a pair of tickets to another game this year that they'd like to trade...but failing that I'm happy to offer them to someone who can go in our stead.
The seats are great 10 rows from the field on the 3rd base side, face value $40 each. So please respond to me via PM no calling "dibs" by replying to all. ;-)
