All i got after my wisdom teeth were removed was vicodin. Still have half the bottle somewhere, I was only in pain for a couple days.

Percocet and penicilin... I feel incredibly better than I thought I would, just been bored all day and kinda sore... Ice and taking pills when I can. With all the penicilin he gave me I don't think I have to worry about an infection

My doctor said "they pretty much never get infected, you will be fine, go home"

Then I went on vacation a day later.

Teeth infected 2 days later.

Called doctor and they said "We don't believe you, it's probably just some pain"

I got to the point of screaming and I couldn't eat for days.

Bitched more and got anti-biotic horse pills FINALLY after a ton of phone calls. Had to take those pills for 2 weeks straight and could still barely eat.
