I have never seen you around Downforce. Just in Parker? I am over there fairly often and don't see you, but it is a decent sized town.

I miss the days when all of Parker was 80134 and E470 didn't exist.... those where much better times. :(

yes, parts of the 'i' cluster do work. The parts that don't I can point out so you can use it to help figure out how it works. (that's what I used it for).

I can be more specific if you want, but I'm pretty sure it's an annoying combination of speedos that work with odos that don't, and vice versa. The little gauges work, and one bad tachometer.
