SI batteries - where to buy?

Anyone know where to get these preferably close to golden, and open today.

I have never purchased any, though I think if you found the appropriate size and voltage, you could put in any old batteries. (Radio Shack)
I have tried to solder in AA batteries. It didn't work.
I bought a used SI board with good batteries. That worked.

Tried radioshack, and batteries plus with no luck. Had to order online, which I was hoping to avoid since the cluster is now in pieces. Oh well. It can sit for a few days.
