WTB: Canon 40D / 50D - Low Shutter Count

Looking for a Canon 40D or 50D body (or with kit lens is price is excellent) with a low shutter count.
Cash in hand and ready to make a deal before Saturday, August 6th, 2011.

Yes, I have already checked CL; and there's little who want to be truthful or play ball.
And I would have ordered online or through eBay, but shipping times are past into next week.

I'm all ears if you have either and want to move onto something else.

You may want to specify what your cutoff for low shutter count is. That's a pretty subjective phrase. Budget would help as well.

Fair enough; less than 20K would be superb.
For a clean camera body only, I have a ~$500 +/- budget.
