Most leases start at the beginning of August for students. And IMHO that price is above average if not on the high end for 1100 sq feet and only 1 bathroom.89 325i (Sold)

Agreed; price will likely have to negotiate down.
It's hard to be comparable because $600 a bedroom will get you a shit box in boulder.
here's the closest comp He's at $1875 http://boulder.craigslist.org/apa/2467782865.html
Do you guys think allowing pets makes a difference in the price you are willing to pay?Last edited by colorado_cabrio; 08-10-2011, 02:46 PM.

Yes, i concur that Boulder is stupid expensive to live in. I pay less than half of Brent's posted price in rent, and it is a 3 br house w/ 2 car garage, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, and all appliances, as well as a front and back yard.
Of course I have to drive 40 minutes to work...Comment

Yeah I love living in South Boulder. My work commute for most of the last 8 years was 12 mins to Broomfield.
Last year I cut it to 8mins by taking a job in Louisville.
