    No power / engine studdering

Sooo, I have had this problem on and off for a few days now. What is happening is that after some driving (anywhere from 15-60 minutes) perfectly fine/normal, all of a sudden, I will have no power in any gear. the car will stay on and pretty much at idle rpm's, but any power I try to give it it just studders and cannot get above idle rpm's.

I could not figure this out, so I let the car sit overnight. The next day, all was well, drove for about 30, and then wammy, same thing. Both times I got really lucky and was about 300 feet from my house and just limped home.

Anyways, now the car has the service engine light on. It starts up perfectly fine, revs perfectly fine, but I am sure that if I drive it, at some point this will happen again.

My thoughts are ICV or TPS, but this issue is new to me so I am kinda at a loss. Something getting knocked loose? Any thoughts?

Check your AFM (pop the black top off it and check for wear "grooves"). There are write ups on how to adjust the arms so that you can get more life out of your AFM if its the cause of the issues.

If it is the AFM, I have a stock M20 one.
