I’ll sell you a set of springs for $20. I don’t have a spring compressor so front assemblies are included. The parts are off of a 91 325i. But seriously, many parts I would take for a trade just let me know if you’re interested.

I have vert rear springs if you need them. Just pay shipping. I'm in NM so I can't imagine it would be too much to ship. PM me if you're interested.

I mean, I see where you are going w/ the liberal thing, ie the expectation that everything should be given to us, but me, I am a cheapass openly just as a joke mostly. I would buy those springs for $20 in a heartbeat, and Ross knows that. I just give him crap because we are both cheapasses.
Yea, I don't get whole foods either, but as far as bikes go, a $8k bike is sooooo much nicer than a cheaper one. You also don't buy a bike like that unless you have a valid reason for it, same thing with beer, cars, musical instruments, computers...really anything where quality and specialized use come into play. Hell, each of my trombones is worth more than most folks' cars on this site, and you absolutely can tell a difference in quality and sound between them and cheap horns....if you're a trombonist. Same thing goes for bikers, for them, the difference between an $8k bike and a $2k one is widely apparent, for the rest of us, not so much since a $2k bike is phenomenally good already.

I guess my rambling is that high prices are justified in a few instances. Whole Foods, not at all.

Bitching about $20 springs is hilarious though.

Yeah, my 4,000 bike is more fun then my 4,000 car anyday.

Sam, what are you doing with the H&R races?

good points made by David. And yes, the bitching is meant to be somewhat funny, that's why I do it!

Also, Genocide, I will take your spring set and front assemblies for $20, name the time and place, and I'll be there w/ cash, school/work schedule permitting. PM me for details or email me at iamthenomad at gmail.

And yes, Brad, I am selling the H&R Races. And the Bilstien sports, and the ST sways....

And nope not the Recaros. ;)

Are your races for the 318 or 325? Do you have the P/N? Price?

The H&R Race aren't motor specific. Here is the link to the exact product that is on my car, it should have all the info you need. http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-37...g-set-e30.aspx

I am not sure how much springs depreciate, since they wear much slower than shocks, for example, but they were ~$350 plus shipping brand new, so prob ~380 shipped, for now, I guess I'll start the price off at $300 picked up.

Sways are $425 MSRP from Suspension Techniques, A set sold here on R3V for $330 in new condition, mine are not in new condition because they need new bushings soon, but include extra reinforcement for the rear mounts that didn't originally come w/ the kit so I am thinking $200.

Also I will be selling Bilstien Sport shocks in great shape, I bought them new like 3 years ago.

Sways are iirc 22 front 19 rear? It's the only kit from ST for the E30 I believe.

Also, the rear sway has two end link mount points to effectively increase the stiffness of the rear bar. I have it on the softer setting and it keeps the car pretty dang level and cuts out alot of understeer.

If the springs stay around until after I buy a car we can make a deal.

yeah, let me know, my suspension will hit the market as soon I get my hands on stock springs and H&R HDs, and stock sways.

btw, anyone have stock sways? I assume whoever buys my STs will have stockers...

Sam, don't you remember earlier this year when I had stock front/rear sways and stock springs.......lol.

                                I threw them all away.
