WTB Ski/Snowboard rack e30 325i!

Ive been looking for a ski rack for my 325 but I cant find one anywhere, if anyone has one or even knows where to find one please let me know. I attached a picture of a ski rack similar to what im looking for, Thanks!

P.s. I posted in the wtb section as well but If I found someone locally that had one it would make things a lot easier.
