Part of it is right-time right-place, part of it is hard work, part of it is skill, and part of it is priorities, like Brad said. Moving out is not a big priority for me, and allows me to spend money on cars that I'd otherwise be spending on rent. That being said, one or maybe even two will be divested off in the near future.
