I finally got into the 2:19's with the Golf. I know it's slow compared to you guys with proper cars and tires, but I am still happy! This was with all season tires still and some traffic.
I am ordering a set of better tires for DD duty. It will probably be PSS. In general, how much time do you think all seasons to summer tires will save me?

David, tried out your sunroof cam at the last event, just now got around to editing the vids down to the less boring parts.

The Rocky Mountain SCCA region's autocross Match Tour (June 22-23, PPIR) is at risk of getting cancelled due to not meeting the minimum 100 participants required to run an event apparently. I personally won't be able to make it as I'll be out of state on vacation, but if people are interested: http://rmsolo.org/comatchtour.php
A couple of national Match Tour events have already been cancelled this year due to low turnout, and ours could be on the way...
