Just ran lookout tonight with Neel. It's a fun road, but only doable at night or really odd hours of the day. Cyclists are taking over it en masse and police are everywhere.

Cool. Good showing. This drive may be a little far for some people, but if heading West is in the cards we should drive 119 from Boulder to Golden (or the other way around). Here is one option: http://goo.gl/maps/IC4l. The other is 119 to 6 (clear creek canyon). Its beautiful with lots of turns and elevations change, and from what I have seen not a whole lot of bike, car, or police traffic.
