Good lord, was I the only one that read the ad?? :P

Modifications made are minor and convenience based. The main one being the stereo, which is simply a phone mount with charger and audio connection for my Android. This runs to a professionally installed amplifier tucked behind a carpeted mount plate against the back seats pushing MB Quart components. I've included a passive 8" sealed enclosure to the system, the box is mounted to this plate up in the corner of the trunk up under the back dash - out of the way. I made an antenna delete to seal the hole in a slick way, and I've covered the radio DIN hole as well as the stock computer box thing with record/vinyl bezels. The phone mount attaches to this record bezel where the radio used to be. Getting in the car I just plug in my phone and run my maps, music, phone, etc. Looks sweet. Not pro, but awesome for sure.

            Awesome gif lambo!

iamcreepingdeath, Instead of having a radio, I use my phone for everything. On the dash there I used record vinyl to make a type of bezel which holds a switch and phone mount, along with power for android and 3.5mm aux direct to amplifier. It pretty much rocks.

            325ix, I get carried away I know

              Thanks for the confidence iamcreepingdeath.

I'm putting a bit more fire on the deal by reducing the price to $2600 as the one guy I want to buy it is still having troubles getting out of his Audi. This is certainly "paying it forward" a bit, so I hope all my work on this 318i ends up turning someone into an enthusiast. If you have any friends interested, this is really an awesome deal.

              Thanks guys!

325i - me too, but I haven't really been trying to sell it too hard. This guy with the Audi really wants it, knows about E30's and has been staying in contact so I left it at that, but he is taking a bit too long for me to wait on so I re-listed and reduced to move it a bit more quickly. Its a keeper, so if you know anyone I'd love to chat with them and I'm sure they'll love it!

                      Hi Eric,

Thanks for the offer, but that is quite low considering I started out at $3k. I'm firm at $2600, but will keep you in mind if all goes to hell.

                      Have a good one!
