    I took a look at the hole today and it looks weldable. Its only 2x5mm area, we will see how the welding works.

        Took me 3 hours to get the oil pan out for welding, why did bmw not make m20 two piece oil pans...

                        If you find out you can't weld it up, I have a mint pan I can ship out as soon as tomorrow. I'd probably let it go pretty cheap. It's boxed up and ready to go, I packaged it for a guy and he ended up finding one locally.
