    Timing Belt O/T mark?

    I think the PO of my car installed the belt with the crank out of alignment. Full story here. You guys that have done M20 timing belts, which O/T mark do you use?

      Well at least the motor is still running! When I did it I aligned the marks, just like everyone in that thread says.

          Thanks. Got it all back together. Doing a valve adjustment in the morning, then I'll fire it up. Fingers crossed?
