    Buy my M52 engine

I don't frequent the forums much but I am quite a BMW enthusiast for a 26 year old. I currently own an 03.5 E46 M3 & just aquired a 1989 325ix... previously owned a 1990 325is,1988 E28 535i, 2003 330i zhp. The list will go on much longer in the years to come.

For the time being I have an E36 M52 B28 non TU engine I need to get out of my garage. I was going to OBD1 it, supercharge it and throw it in my 1990 E30 325is but I traded that for an IX because my M3 won't get me through the winter especially considering I work in the snowboard industry.

Its got very low miles 79k and the E36 had no CEL's prior to be stripped of its heart, no oil leaks, good gaskets, vanos, head etc. Just got a lucky opportunity to score a mint E36 328i w/ an M52 in it for extremely cheap (off of a friend of a friend)

I'm located 20 min north of Boston, MA

I would like to get $1100 for it........ or best reasonable offer (picked up).

Contact me @ KentAnderson1983@gmail.com for questions or pictures or to come up and see it.
    Thanks homez.

Also have the steering rack, pump and other bits (everything) off the E36 if anyone might be interted in that crap.

    -Kent

I can include the harness and DME. I can do it for less.. say $1000 w/ everything. I just need it gone...

I'm trying to get into a 325ix for the winter months so I'll consider doing a 325is to M or S52 conversion in the spring again...

What accessories? I can include the AC condenser, Starter, DME, Harness.... I'll do $1000

Steering rack and pump I'd like to get a little extra for $100 or so? I can use this in the IX I believe (not used to the IX setup but going to find out)

Well you didn't need to take $725 for it. By the way was this the one that was on Craigslist Boston for $850 the last month or so?

Part of the haggling process, we all do it. It's called haggling.

Yes, this is the motor that was on Ebay last month. It was a really good motor with 0 issues. There wasn't enough interest and I need the space in the garage I had at home.

I really wanted to sell it to a local w/ an E30/M52 swap in mind but I ended up selling it to an Arab kid and his father after his son blew up his E36 motor. And I didn't even think you could blow those M52's up. Oh well.

Took my woman out shopping and dinner... she was stoked on it more than I was.
