Perfect winter beater 735il fs in MA

Selling 1988 735il, light blue exterior on blue leather interior. This car has 270K miles, but engine is very clean under cover! The car is running however it will need to be towed due to binding brakes (caliper seals need to be replaced) and inoperational power steering. The vehicle was purchased with intentions of fixing it up and DD, but situation has changed and I need it gone ASAP. $400 is all I am asking. Vehicle located in Medford, MA.
