Looking for a good E30 shop up by Newburyport

Looking for a good knowledgable e30 shop around the Haverhill/Newburyport area.

Also looking for good places to source e30 parts, IE head and other interior bits.

    Thanks,
    Kent

German Autosport on Water St. in Amesbury is a quality shop, they have never treated me wrong. As for parts, you have Bavarian Autosport, one of the largest warehouses of BMW parts in the country in Portsmouth. The in person customer service there is very good. You also have Turner in Amesbury, they have lots of rare pieces and race parts. BMW Stratham also keeps a large inventory of E30 parts, they have saved my ass quite a few times.

Thanks, I'm going to look into the German Autosport shop you mentioned...

As for Turner and Bav Auto, I'm very familiar with them since I use them for upgrading my E46 M3... and other BMW's. I'm new to the e30 and never rebuilt the top end so I'm looking for advise and help wherever I can get it.

Damon at German AutoSport, I believe, used to work for Schneller and worked on the Turner race team. He is flexible and fare. He will treat you right.

Damon is the shit. Mike at Schneller quoted me $3000 to swap suspension and motor from 89 325 to 89 325. I laughed my way out the door and haven't been back. He also fired a friend of mine when someone wanted to intern there. He figured the kid would do work for free, so instead of being able to do more work with more people, he fired my friend to save a few bucks.

I hate to shit on local businesses, but Mike has never given me a good vibe, plus he overcharges by a significant amount on nearly every job done in his shop. Damon on the other hand actually builds some nasty cars and gets his hand dirty, all while charging fair rates.

I tried taking my ZHP to for some kind of free service and I indicated that I had a chargin problem. Everything was checked out and He tried charging me almost $1500 for an alternator job and to replace the intake boot... I refused the job and he almost got angry like you can't do it yourself and everyone else sucks blah. blah.... i took my free oil change and inspection and ran out of there.
