Anyone looking for garage/Mechanic space?

Our shop is moving to a huge 6000sq ft facility in Branford, CT, shop is zoned for vehicle repair and all licenses are in place. We have alot of equipment alredy set for the move and could really use a like minded enthusiast to share some of the expenses. A living area can also be worked into the deal (very nice for a bachelor) Safe secure and huge shop. Welders, hobbyists, powdercoaters etc etc. Let me know if there is some interest. Terms are pretty favorable and growth can be huge.

No interest? We also have space set aside for storage of cars and motorcycles and will charge a very fair monthly rate, safe and secure. If anyone is still interested in the space share let me know soon, stop dragging your feet and carve out your nitch in a great facility.
