It's an older alpine tape deck headunit, I also have a pioneer with a CD player but I'm not sure if it works. I know the alpine works. 50 bucks to anyone who can put it in. I'm in manchester, nh.

A lot harder (actually more tedious) than you think. To do it properly, each speaker needs to be individually wired to the unit itself.

You're saying it's worth more than 50 bucks? Are the wires coming from the dash are not the speaker wires?

Nope, I've asked around. I've tried twice to do it myself with a guide I found on here, but I could never get it to work. The speakers are aftermarket kenwood and were hooked up and worked with the oem headunit, then that shit the bed so I just took it out.

Best buy charges $50 for installation. If its for an e30, you won't need a fit kit but you will need a harness which they sell for $20. When I installed mine, they didn't even have the right one so I had to hardwire my deck to my car's wires.
Full workmanship warranty by them so if it ever randomly stops working, they will check it out. Also if you sell your car and want the stereo out of it, they will pull it for free.
