GFest 2011 Official CT/Mass caravan, get yer roll on!! Sunday May 22nd

Alright everybody since I started the CT/Mass caravan to Gfest last year I may as well do it again. We had a decent turnout last year for our caravan and a nice ride up to Maplewood.

Meeting Place: Ikea parking lot New Haven CT
Date/Time:Sunday May 22nd 8:30 with a departure time of 9:15 sharp
IIRC it took us approx 2 hours last time so that would put us there at noon just in time and hopefully some good spots.
Please be sure to be gassed and ready, that means munchies, drinks, piss etc. There is a Gas station right near Ikea if you want to go there before we begin the drive.

Last of all no being a asshole when driving on the public roads, yeah we have alittle fun but lets be safe and not draw any more attention then we already will be.

Above goes for the Gfest grounds as well. We have several customers who are local and police officers, we had no issues last year, so lets keep it that way. We want to grow this event, lets not give the town a reason to shut it down.

The way this are looking, I think we should head down earlier.
Maybe levent has reserved parking for the New england Caravan. We rollin DEEEEP this year. LOL

Guys seriously, this thing is getting big. The head of the BMW vintage club on facebook just cross posted to all the members(2k+).

The Partner list is being added to everyday. We already have 30+ people on the facebook page noting their attendance, I know its early and some will drop out, but we are still 4 months away.

We will be there from 7am on setting up. Come down set up and relax. Hoping the weather will cooperate better then last year.

Updated post to a little earlier. NE caravan will be bigger this year too. We will try to get there a bit early to get good spots etc. L. if you need any help with setup when we arrive please let me know, I would be happy to lend a hand if needed. This meet is going to be big this year and its only the second year so make your plans!!

BTW if anyone in the local New Haven area wants to meet at my shop in Branford for some coffee and a 10 min cruise to Ikea they are more than welcome to do so.
