Western Mass members looking for Work space?

There is a defunct service station on Rt 20 2300 westfield street is the address. Has 3 bays and a lift. $1400 for heat, electricity and keys. So needs cars and yourself in it. Would consider going in with some one for a portion but not half maybe like 1/5? a month.

I need to strip down my Zinno M3 in preparation for a paint job so this would be perfect for me.

Honestly, that's what I thought since everything is inclusive. I like the fact it's zoned for work as well so noise complaints would not happen during normal hours. Late evenings sure they would but pull the door closed and be a good neighbor.
