Official tri-state Gfest 2012 caravan Sunday May 20th

OK, well to fullfill my duties to head up the tri sate caravan to Gfest 2012 here it is. Most of you know the drill but lets have a refresher.

Sunday May 20th
Ikea New Haven
Meet time: I think we aimed for 7am meet and 7:30 departure and that worked out well in the past to get there around 10 ish(after a break/pit stop)
Please be gassed and ready to go, if not there is a mobil 1 block away from Ikea.

As always lets have fun but keep it safe, once in Levent's area please be respectfull and keep it controlled as I am sure 500 or so BMW's in town will not be too covert.

Last of all lets have fun and thank Levent and the staff at GPS for putting on such a great event year after year!

If there are interested parties that want to meet at my shop in the AM before Ikea for coffee etc please let me know.

355 belmont ave, Springfield, MA 01108 at the Food Zone Parking lot.Meet at 5:30 and leaving at 6am SHARP! It takes us an hour to get to Ikea from here. Parking lot is Huge fo Its would be cool to get a nice group together.

So it begins. The communities support is much appreciated as this event grows every year.

Trying to get word out on a couple of things...

If you are on facebook please go and signup so we can accurately plan for food and goodies.
Shop across the street offering $70 allignments on their new Hunter machine.
We will have 2 car wash companies for quick washes and details for anyone interested.

Lastly please keep in mind this is a family friendly event, speeding, burnouts, showboating will not be tolerated by the local police. They come every year to check out the cars and talk cars... lets keep it that way.

I couldn't last year because I was traveling in Asia. This year I will be coming back from my medical mission in Ghana on the 12th so I should be able to make this pending what work/the state of my home looks like when I get back.

I think the best place to meet would probably be the rest stop right by the BMW headquarters, there really isnt anyplace safe after the tappanzee to meet up.
