    Not body said it's not. The problem is most E's are so old and ragged out here in the Northeast these days.

    The other bad is the crappy plate style shifter. And failing 7th injector system aka cold start injector.

    But a good running, clean e 4 door with a chip is nice clean fun.

    For those looking for a DD, why not an 325e + chip?
    Good power for daily use, I had one for a few months and loved it

    yeah I know I am not looking for cheap on gas, more cheap on repair bills and I really don;t want a car that will see a lot of shop time unless I am upgrading things.

    I would prefer a nice, e30 with an engine swap but finding one had proven difficult

    Tough one. I'd be looking at a Toyota corolla or something in that line for a high mileage commuter car. Save in gas and some maintenance. Love an E30 but I hate piling the mileage on mine.

    Hahaha my e36 was always broken down too, so far my e30 has been a champ.

    So it is either a new car in May or another e30
