my iX has been on jack stands for over a month now because I can't get the CAB's that extra... inch further on the control arms?

if I could borrow/buy/rent one that would be awesome!

I use a large C clamp and a socket. If the bushings are offset it's easier to have a helper stabilize everything with you as you increase pressure.

If they are off the car we can drill press them in.

as sure as I should be about taking them off my car, I'm not nearly as spirited as I should be to actually do that - I tried my C clamps but even with lubrication it's already destroyed a couple of them, what are you attaching to and how are you keeping the rotating pad actually on the socket, mine keep seeming to walk off the socket as soon as it gets tough to turn?

if anybody is interested, I just ended up buying one - it'll be available for rent as soon as I get mine installed.
