8 years with my E30 and almost that long on this forum and I've only seen one other r3v member's car that wasn't a pic on my monitor.

I just caught a glimpse of the car, he parked across the street from the bonfire we were at for 5 minutes. Thing sounds cammed, thats what made me investigate when he was pulling away.

Early model? That was CJ-G. It either had an S50 or S52, I don't remember which. He bought it swapped the other month.

Anyone in the Vernon CT area tonight around 945pm with a (possibly) V8 swapped E30? Think it was delphin grey but hard to tell, thing sounded mean.

saw a red early model (88 I think) pulling out of the Hess gas station on rt 133 in tewksbury yesterday...i was the one with the red 2 door who waved

Also saw what looked like an early model, black 2 door with diving boards, nice and low. Sounded good too. Was in my blue is and we waved, haha.

OK who is it with the white 4 door with black/gray wheels? Spotted in New Milford CT, followed down towards brookfield/danbury on RT 7. I was in a blue is.

Spotted myself oh wait that was the gal driving my car the other direction. Funny the double take when you see your own car go by. I thought she was driving the Ti today not the new 332is.

Anyone here wave to an asshole in a Subaru today 15S in CT? Delphin grey 325es, smoked lows/yellow highs, some stickers on the back window.

yes! it totally was, that sounds like the perfect ride - i had no idea that bavauto had m3 components, I've got a friend that needs some.

If I remember correctly, the M3 body panels took a long time to arrive from Germany (talking months on some of the parts). It's funny how BMW will say parts are available, but none in the country or Germany.

If it was on Type 5's, then he ordered all those panels from Bav Auto. Has a 99 m3 engine/tranny in it too. Clean car and nice guy.
