There's Rim and Wheel Works, in Waltham, MA, and RimPRO in Tewksbury, MA.

I'll warn you that if you use Rim and Wheel Works, and you leave the tire on the wheel, they'll charge you to both take the tire off, and put it back on.

More labor for them, of course they are going to charge you for it.

RimPro is a great source and bit on the pricey side but great work. West Mass has Morini's in Springfield Mass.
