Need help with M20 swap in MA. Will pay w food/beer or some $$

Hi guys, I really need someone to help me out with a M20 swap. I just need someone to give me a hand or two. I have friends that could help, but aren't competent with cars, let alone e30s.
I would like to bang it out in a weekend, if possible in a day. I'm not the richest guy but I'll pay you.
