Im looking for a set of sliders from sport or comfort seats to modify for fitting aftermarket seats

I've got a few old sport and comfort seats lying around. Do you just need one seat or both?

anyone have a mint cylinder head casting + cam? I tore one of mine apart today and the journals of the cam are trash and so are the "bearing" surfaces in the head. Going to tear apart the one I took off my iS but it may be trash, kinda neglected it because I didn't think the other one would be bad and. I have good rocker arms valve springs and valves and rocker shafts

I've got a good head from 1990 325i, car ran like a scalded dog when I parted it.

Seller revised their ad and lowered price. Guess somebody went and looked at it only when they got there the front end was smashed.

The entire front end is SMASHED.. Piece of crap , the car and the dick selling it. When I asked why he didn't mention it was totaled, he said he put it in as "fair" condition. Don't waste your time !!!
