my e30 is finally getting out of the body shop but not till monday, and since it is a vert it will be going right back into storage

Hey guys, i just got back to NH and i brought my vehicle to my shop and apparently she doesn't meet NH state requirements to pass. i guess if it is lowered any lower then manufactures specs it will be rejected, i know ive seen plenty of other E30s that are much lower then that. if anybody has any suggestions as to how to approach this let me know. if you guys want word for word what the paper says let me know.. thanks
