So I got my carpet out and got a look at the damage caused by a jack stand, and a heat shield stud that had rusted out. Luckily the cancer didn't spread. But I think it might have elsewhere, over the cat heat shield, or is at least festering and in need of attention.

I'm looking to drop the car off somewhere close by and have these areas prepped, welded, and/or sealed. Any suggestions? It's not going to be visible but I feel there is still the risk as with any body shop of poor quality which, in this case, would leave me still at risk of further corrosion.
