I actually found that my rear fenders were rolled from the middle to the back somewhat. It was exact on each side, almost looked factory? I said fuck it and rolled em more.

BTW: I'm gonna have to bust some balls and some cash to have my done for the event.
Uh, no, the fenders are in no way rolled, unless I'm crazy. And I have to roll them, as the 14" rubber is almost tucked - the 16" stuff is going to be close.

We'll get it done - let's get crackin, man. Mine first, since I need it by this weekend, then we'll attack yours...

I didnt take the plastic part out in the front fenders which might have made it a bit easier. I'll probably need to take the plastic out anyway cause it looks like the tires will rub on it. Still havent test fit the wheels.

Not bad. You cant even tell, like I said it was on the very crease. I just didnt warm it up enough.
Jclark from bf.c came over yesterday with his e36 ///M3 and rolled his fenders. Only took 1 hr. 15min. e36's seem to be so much easier to roll.

yea, we used to roll fenders at BPG. it's definately an art form. you need to heat the FUCK out of the paint, to the point where its too hot to even touch but not enough to boil the paint off. taking out the plastic helps a lot. if your paint does crack, use some clear nailpolish or something similar over the crack to prevent further cracking/peeling and/or rust.

Vt. Ive ordered 16"s and will be selling my 17"s

Is it necessary to roll the outer fender lip with 225's on 16"s?

Depends on the wheel offset and the brand of tire.
