Snow Day!!

8:30 and I have a nice 7" of snow! Great day for snow shoeing. Light and fluffy get out and enjoy it. I hear we are going to get another big storm over the weekend too.

I propped myself up to look out the window. I promptly fell back asleep. Cripple life, man.

So...how much snow did you have today? We had another 14" on top of the last two storms so we now have 28+ inches.

When I went to work at 9am it was close to only 2 inches then at 12 when I was told to leave it was around 12 inches. Crazy how much snow can fall in just a short few hours.

But I still whipped the E30 around whether it was on purpose or not.

More of the crude we call snow is falling again. Supposed to get another 4-5 today. Man I wish my trip down range had not been cancelled. It would have been warmer in Spain.

I spent the day with roof rake and shoveling my shed dormer roof on the back of the house then blowing the snow out to the back portion to make room for more. Had a small ice dam building on the back of the shed roof because the gutter down spout was frozen solid. Removed that and eliminated the ice dam before it caused any water damage to the kitchen.

I'm sick of the snow at this point. The wiper relay in my winter car went so I swung over to where my vert is stored to pull that one and use it for now. I'm looking forward to warm top-down driving weather..

I was supposed to be in PR for a week in early Feb, then this ankle happened. Since I'm out of work and everything I haven't bothered leaving the house. A nice neighbor has been doing the driveway and my family and friends have been bringing groceries. I'm just glad that I'm at least a cripple during a time of year where nobody wants to be outside.

You got the brunt of it, we got 4 inches of light powder. Did the driveway with the shovel. Spent the day sledding in the backyard with kids and worked on our bob sled trail. Tomorrow is warming up so I need to reinforce the corners with more snow.

yeah it was bad, but the rink is cleared and the kids went skating so all is good

Relief after another 5 yesterday. BUFFALO is that you outside? Nah it was 55 today so it was a sledding day and clean the garage roof and knock down the snow banks day.

Much needed relief from SNOW.
