    Need my starter swapped out

I can do basic maintenance (brakes, oil, etc.), but this may be a bigger job than I can handle, based on the research I've done. If I supply the starter (which I have...I sourced a used starter off these forums), I've received quotes for labor alone ranging from $150-$350.

Wondering if any members in the Southeastern Mass (Swansea, specifically) or RI areas would be up for the challenge. Willing to throw in some cash, beer and of course, my assistance. This is my beater which I've basically had in my driveway for over 4 years and probably only put like 500 miles (if that) on. She wants to be driven and I'd love to give my E90 a break from time to time.

    Thanks fellas!

        The ultimate of understatements! Ha!

Anyway, this is all set. Few BMW buddies of mine came over and we had a "starter swap day" at my house and got this taken care of. SUCKED, badly. But it's done and she starts up first shot, each time.

        Thanks, fellas!
