Need help with inspection, Boston area

Hi all-

Recently picked up an E30 and registered it on Monday. Need to get it inspected but the exhaust is making a rattling noise and I'm not sure I will be able to fix it in time for the inspection. Does anybody know of a lenient inspection place, or possibly have a jack I could borrow to get under the car and fix this? Thanks!

I'm in Boston, downtown. I actually have a hole in the exhaust and don't think I'll be able to pass as-is unless I go somewhere excessively lenient. Unfortunately MA only gives 1 week to make changes to a car?

Is it a stock exhaust?
I think I have spare one with rust but not rusted through I'll give you

Yep stock exhaust. It's the rear section that's gone on mine. That would be really generous, thanks!

I ended up going to a shop in East Boston, definitely lenient with older cars. If anyone sees this in the future PM me for details.
