Good spot for a meet in Western Mass / CT

Yeah I really dug that meet. I had a lot of fun, and it wasn't a bad ride up either. I had to keep up with my 5.0 swap buddy, so with my 4.10 i was cruising at around 3k-3.5k for a while but whatever, my m20 can take it right.

Only thing for next time, we should have some sort of sign in sheet, where everybody puts their name and usernames, and if they want to go farther, phone and email... Just so we could at least get them personally on FB and whatnot. I mean everybody was really nice, but besides my friends Brian and Tay that were there, I don't really remember anyone's name.

Maybe we should look into doing something in the same spot in the spring, unless someone finds a better place?

Personally, I was a huge fan of the location. Plenty of room all around. It was a great meet!

^ Gfest is in September. Unless you're seeing something I'm not. But I was plannign on going. It's a week long event but I would only stay for a couple days

Yea if we can get it on a day without anything else going on that way more people are likely to come and renting a spot will be more worth it

Not Sturbridge, but looks like we may have found a venue, looking at tentatively having it the weekend before or after the massive h2oi show in Ocean City which is first weekend of October.

Any preferences, everybody? Making the call on tuesday!

One issue isn't the Rt 20 area going to be all pickers? That is flea market central but not sure as to dates. I was thinking Brimfield so Sturbridge should not be too bad.

Potentially looking at a place near Sturbridge,MA this weekend or next for a late sept swap meet - is that "west enough" ?
The facility looks perfect for what we need it for, and have had a history of car-friendliness.

Unless somebody is willing to scout a friendly spot this weekend or next, this area looks to be where we will hold our western meet.
