Yes it turns over.

Not sure if EWS wiring is keeping it from starting or if it's the FPR.

Either way I need an FPR...

I found a guy on craigslist with one. He wanted 100 bucks but I got him to 40. I still feel ripped off. But not much I can do since I don't want to wait and checked 3 yards next to me.
