I need help fixing an idle issue with my iX

I'm looking for someone to help me fix an idle issue on my iX. I'm not totally opposed to taking in to a shop, but I've heard mixed things about different shops in Portland. I don't want to get raped and have the car still not fixed. I have Sunday off work as well as Wednesday, or we can arrange another time that's best.

    This is what its doing:
It runs rough when you first start it up and then it mostly smooths out after a couple minutes. It smooths out faster after the car has been running and restarted. I'm by no means an expert mechanic but what comes to mind could be a 1. vacuum leak (it will die if you remove the oil cap), 2. leaking valve stem seals letting oil into the combustion chamber that burns up after started, 3. leaking injector o-rings, or something else...
I've replaced the O2 sensor, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor. We can look through the service records to see what else has been done.

The previous owner (original) had a few thousand dollars of work done at German Service Ltd in Hillsboro early this year. He said they told him, "thats just the way it is?" The oil level light stays on in the overhead check control panel, but I doubt that is affecting the idle.
