so from pics, this looks like it came from 91-production e36. So those spindles are standard e36 and brakes.

Also, those struts won't fit e30 strut mounts...

I just did a five lug conversion so I think I am allowed to chime in!!! Atpyp looks like he is correct when he says that the stuff pictured is just standard e36 stuff. And if he is correct, that stuff just wont work correctly. In order to correctly go the e36 route you should use e36 M3 front struts and M3 front knuckles. When you use the M3 Front struts you use e30 springs because the e30 and e36 M3 share the same size spring. You also need e36 M3 control arms off a 96+ car. If you buy these here you will just end up purchasing everything I just listed if you want to have your front wheels sit "almost" center.

        Sorry.

And then you need offset e30 M3 control arm bushing, and or Tree House Racing Eyeball arms. And while you are at it, you might as well go ahead and purchase Camper/Caster plates, I went with the SpecE30 ones from Ground Control, because odds are you won't have the correct caster.

I am posting, because this just happened to be area of my expertise, and I don't want to see other r3vers get screwed over...

BUT it's your FS thread, carry on.

for the top of the e36 struts you can drill new holes to fit in to the correct e30 chassis strut mount hole. and also i am not including control arms. its not everthing you need to bolt right up, but its a ogod start. everything on this set up works for and e30 swap, and is low millage. i just dont have all the stuff. it is what it is. good start for someone. and im not screwing anyone over. i listed everything thats realivent. they can researh the rest them selfs.

that's what we're trying to explain to you. Spindle itself doesn't center in the wheel well. Even WITH e36 m3 96+ control arms, there's simple not enough caster. It's a great setup you have there, and that strut mount on your setup, is a dream for e36 guys, because it seats the car lower buy an extra .5 inch. I suggest finding an e36 guy who'd want this. It really would me the best bet.

I understand you mean well, but people searching will run into a lot of misinformation, even though a few of us on r3v have been trying to fix all wrong info, it's still confusing to people, who haven't spend enough time researching.
